Okay. First I want to appreciate who made this course and the lecturer. I did so many online course on English platform and in Bangla this is some how good to highlight every point. I think 2nd part will come. Because this is only for teenage people and students. This course should name- "Mental well being and goal settings". But real toughness is something else!!! For example- During pandemic all private sector cut their 30-50% job! Right? If company select you on the discharge/ termination list - you are not tough. Its true, you are not tough! You are not capable to feed your family, who will say you are tough? So, if i am not wrong. Toughness is, doing things people procrastinate to do. Thinking what others don't think. Selection option/ goal people never try to do.Dominate your job with sympathy, empathy, setting goal also being cleaver to smell around your job environment. What is going on my office? What my wife may do? How to proof as a good husband? Their no perfect balance! I don't think steve jobs, jack ma, face book creator sleep 8 hrs as we do. They don't care having 2/3 wives but we do! So, toughness is a path, choice difficult than others. Toughness is selecting tough choice and i think, this course should include thinking tough and tracking job goal. We can't think, tough people jobless or poor.
