Okay. First I want to appreciate whomade this course and the lecturer. I didso many online course on Englishplatform and in Bangla this is some howgood to highlight every point. I think2nd part will come. Because this is onlyfor teenage people and students. Thiscourse should name- "Mental well beingand goal settings". But real toughnessis something else!!! For example- Duringpandemic all private sector cut their 30-50% job! Right? If company select youon the discharge/ termination list - youare not tough. Its true, you are nottough! You are not capable to feed yourfamily, who will say you are tough? So,if i am not wrong. Toughness is, doingthings people procrastinate to do.Thinking what others don't think.Selection option/ goal people never tryto do.Dominate your job with sympathy, empathy, setting goal also beingcleaver to smell around your jobenvironment. What is going on myoffice? What my wife may do? How toproof as a good husband? Their noperfect balance! I don't think stevejobs, jack ma, face book creator sleep 8hrs as we do. They don't care having 2/3wives but we do! So, toughness is apath, choice difficult than others. Toughness is selecting tough choiceand i think, this course should includethinking tough and tracking job goal. Wecan't think, tough people jobless orpoor.
