S M Ahbabur Rahman is an HR, OD and Training professional with more than 17 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management. Presently, he is working with Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) as Head of HR&OD (Coordinator). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from National University and an MBA specializing in Human Resource Management from North South University. Additionally, he has achieved a BA (Hons) in English Literature from Jagannath University. Further, he completed a certificate course in Human Resources Management Competency (HRMC) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. S M Ahbabur Rahman has a vast working track record in various organizations in senior management positions, likeTransperancy International Bangladesh (TIB), Pandughar Group, Doreen Power, Super Star Group, Olympic Industries, and Palmal Group. Mr. Ahbab obtained the “HR Guru Award” from Stamford University, Bangladesh. He is a Founder and Director of the HR Club, a Fellow Member of BSHRM (Bangladesh Society for Management) and an Executive Member of the North South University EMBA Forum. He is also a member of the IBA MDP Alumni Association. He is also involved in Career Counseling and Management Consultancy. He regularly takes part in different TV and Radio Talk show to provide Career Guidelines for the freshers and also writes columns in different Newspapers & Magazines regularly on the same topic.
